SRC Return and Refund Policy

At BSRC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

  1. Return Period: Customers have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for any unused items.

  2. Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Items that have been used, mounted, or installed are not eligible for return.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.

  5. Damaged or Neglected Items: If the returned item shows signs of neglect or user damage, the return will not be processed. Any additional shipping costs incurred to return these items will be the responsibility of the buyer.
